We are a specialist company based in Essex and London that provides "action vehicles" for the film and television industry.In the world of production, an "action vehicle" is any vehicle that appears on camera—whether it’s being driven by a lead actor in a chase scene or just parked in the background to make a street look realistic.

ELS Action is best known for our extensive fleet of police and emergency vehicles. We maintain a massive inventory of:Police Cars & Vans: Everything from modern Metropolitan Police cruisers to vintage panda cars.Ambulances & Fire Engines: Fully equipped vehicles that look authentic on screen.Specialised Transport: Forensic vans, prison transport units, and police motorbikes.
"Uniformed" Drivers and Extras
ELS Action often provides the drivers as well. Many of our staff are experienced actors or precision drivers who arrive on set already in the correct uniform (Police, Paramedic, etc.). This saves production teams from having to hire separate background actors and ensures the vehicles are handled by people who know how to operate the lights and sirens correctly.
